no more than once every six to eight weeks. So, why pay for a lot more property than you can actually use?

Therefore we have made ownership shares available that meet both usage and price requirements for prospective buyers. This is not a timeshare. Shared ownership is a tenants in common partnership with others like yourselves that want a reasonable ownership purchase price, and time usage in a property that meets your lifestyle requirements. Shared Ownership offers the benefit of real estate ownership in an appreciating asset that you can be pleased to schedule your valuable family time to use and enjoy. Most shared ownership listings are grander in size and location than what most would choose because of the high value of the property. These properties are in the premium locations with amenities such as pools, hot tubs, and free transportation to ski lifts and golf courses. 

The smallest ownership share which we have available is one week every other month (6 weeks per year). If the smallest share doesn't give you enough quality ski season and summer season time, we have ownership shares with one week of use every month (12 weeks per year).
